I found this site purely by accident and am totally moved almost to tears to see the fitting tributes to Dessie and to Malachy his beloved brother RIP. I also grew up in Mooreland Park and remember all The McCambridges, The Lavelles and The O'Prey family with the fondest of memories. I also know how much my late brother Dermott loved Dessie and how much he added to Dermotts life through his life especially as his illness progressed. What a tragic loss to lose not one but three beautiful people in their prime. Still are their pleasant voices Memories awake for Death he take the All away but THEM he cannot take. Colm Burns.
